  • Setting up your display
    Adjust the stands Open the folding stands, place display on a flat surface and adjust to desired viewing angle. If the display is placed on a smooth surface, slide the included rubber feet onto the bottom of the stand legs for additional grip. Verify compatibility / Cable connection Check the USB-C ports on your Mac or PC to see if they are Thunderbolt or DP-Alt mode compatible. If they are, a single cable can be used for video signal, touch, and power. If not, then an HDMI cable must be used for video signal and the middle port, (USB-C) can be used for power and touch. Power on your display Press the power button on the rear, top, right of the display to turn on. The display will automatically detect the input signal source. Adjust the display resolution and arrangement in your operating system See "How do I adjust the resolution?" and "How do I change the display arrangement?" in the Windows or MacOS section.
  • Cleaning the display.
    To clean the display Make sure the display is turned off and the display is unplugged from the computer and/ or any power source. Never spray or pour any liquid directly onto the screen or housing. Doing so could damage the display. For hard-to-remove smudges, you can moisten the cloth with water and wipe off excess moisture immediately after with a dry cloth. Use only a clean and soft microfiber cloth. Frequent or excessive screen cleaning may damage the screen. Never use solvents, household cleaners or abrasive materials to clean or maintain the display.
  • Safety and handling
    SAFETY AND HANDLING Handle with care. The display contains sensitive electronic components, and can be damaged impair functionality, or cause injury if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or if exposed to excessive heat or liquid or to environments having high concentrations of industrial chemicals, including near evaporating liquified gasses. If display gets uncomfortably hot, emits smoke or burning odor, unplug and discontinue use immediately. Don’t use damaged display. Connection the display to a computer Only connect the display with the supplied cable to the computer with a power regulated USB-C port or use in conjunction with a certified HDMI cable. Use only “PD” supplied power or 5v max power adapter when necessary to power the device. Only power with an adapter that is compliant with applicable country regulations and international and regional safety standards. Other adapters may not meet applicable safety standards, and powering with such adapters could pose a risk of death or injury. Using damaged cables or adapters, or powering when moisture is present, can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the display or other property. Prolonged heat exposure Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat environments. Any elevated exposure to temperatures considered “uncomfortable or intolerable” to humans may result in the display overheating, damaging sensitive electronic components, LCD de-lamination, or fire, resulting in damage, injury or death. Medical device interference This display contains components that emit electromagnetic fields. These electromagneticfields may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Maintain a safe distance of separation between your medical device and the display. Consult your physician and medical device manufacturer for information specific to your medical device. Stop using the display if you suspect it is interfering with your pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other medical device. Electrostatic shock When using the display in areas where the air is very dry, it is easy to build up static electricity and possible for electrostatic discharge to damage the display. To minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge, avoid using the display in extremely dry environments, or touch a grounded unpainted metal object before connecting the display to a computer.   • How do I adjust the resolution?
    Display settings Select Start > Settings > System > Display To change your screen resolution, use the drop-down menu next to Display resolution to make display image smaller or larger.
  • How do I change the display arrangement?
    Display arrangement Select Start > Settings > System > Display Under the "Select and rearrange displays" section, click the Identify button to determine which displays you'll be arranging. Click, drag, and drop each display to arrange them according to their physical layout on the desk. Select "extend display".
  • Touch screen functionality
    Touch screen Touch screen functionality will work natively in windows as a mouse/ pointer device. No driver installation is required *Touch functionality can also be used in tablet mode (Windows 7-10).
  • I'm not getting a video signal from the all-in-one USB-C port
    Ensure you are using the supplied cable USB-C cables come in multiple varieties and most cannot carry a video signal or transfer data at a sufficient rate. If an alternate cable is required, a USB-C to USB-C (3.1 Gen 2 / 10Gbs) cable or a Thunderbolt cable can be used. An adapter or USB-C to USB-A 2.0/3.0 cable may be used to connect power and touch only. This configuration requires use of the HDMI connection for video signal. Check to see that the middle port is being used The bottom USB-C port is for power only and cannot deliver a video signal. Check back of display to see if LED lights are active Both LED's should be on (port and buttons), if only the port LED is active, it means the display is receiving power but the display is off. Press the power button to turn on the display. If both the LED's are on but you are still not receiving a video signal, it is possible the port on your computer is not capable of sending a video signal over USB-C. If this is the case, leave the USB-C cable in place (middle port for power and touch) and connect an HDMI 2.0 cable from the computer to the display. *In MacOS, you may be prompted to "Allow this accessory to connect". The LED's on the back never turn on and the HDMI cable connection does not work Please send us a message via the contact page for additional support.
  • My touch screen is moving the mouse on my main screen on Windows 11
    Solution Search > Control panel In the control panel, change the icons to large icons This will allow you to see the "Tablet PC" icon. Click the icon. Click "Setup" There will be a dialog box to asking if you want the app to make changes, click "yes" Finally, all your screens should turn white with this text in the middle of the primary screen. Press Enter until you get to the monitor you want to use as a touch screen.
  • My touch screen is moving the mouse on my main screen on Windows 10
    For Windows 10 do a system search for “calibrate the screen for pen or touch input” select the correct display from the drop down menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Touch driver installation
    We have partnered with TouchBase for touch driver capabilities and support on MacOS. Please refer to this link for more detailed installation information and support. MacOS Quick Installation Guide Download Touch Driver from main support page Launch installer Continue > You will be prompted to enter your PRODUCT KEY If installing on 10.13 or above then on the first time you install the driver you will be informed that you will need approve the system extension during the installation. In 10.13 and above if the system extension has not previously been approved you will be presented with the block notification: Once you acknowledge the above dialog the installer will automatically invoke the general section of the Security & Privacy dialog to allow you to approve our system extension to be installed. For MacOS13 and above, selecting the Open System Settings opens the new System Settings app to the correct section and shows the button to click to grant our extension permission to load. Starting with MacOS 10.13 and extended in 10.14 the OS now seeks permission for any applications that use system interfaces to control the system. During the installation you will be asked to grant permission for some of the driver's process, as in these examples, to access the system. Selecting the 'Open ...' option will invoke the Securities & Privacy dialog as per these examples showing the UPDD components that have been granted permission. You will then see the installation complete dialog:
  • How do I register my touch license key?

  • I didn't receive a touch activation KEY
    An activation KEY will be provided via email prior to your delivery date. In the event your activation KEY email is no longer available, please contact us via the contact page with your KEY request, order name, order shipping address and last 4 digits of the payment method. If your display was exchanged, your existing product key will no longer be valid. A new key will be provided with the replacement display.
